Meet our great friend Chef Giancarlo Polito. He is a legend in his own lunchtime. We really do love him. He’s larger than life and is definitely a ‘celeb’.

I think that he is right. Whenever I accompany guests, Gianchi, as we like to call him, is larger than life, entertaining and convivial.
