The Rooms
Livernano offers 7 suites and 5 double rooms.
All are equipped with telephones, minibar, stereo and tv. Each room is tastefully and individually furnished. There are breathtaking views over miles of unspoilt countryside from each and every window.
The swimming pool (38ft x 19ft) has been beautifully integrated into an ancient terrace. A generous buffet breakfast is served every morning, light lunches are available, and an authentic four course tuscan dinner is prepared by the chef.
Wine & Grapes
In the heart of the Chianti Classico region, Bob and Gudrun created a state-of-the-art cantina (wine cellar), surrounded by woods, and sympathetically designed.
Livernano and its sister vineyard also owned by Bob and Gudrun, Casalvento, have emerged as premier wine estates of the Chianti Classico region. Their pedigree is there for all to see, producing multiple award winning, highly rated wines.
Situated 600m ASL, the vineyards are the clever combination of tradition, innovation and collaboration. Internationally renowned enologist, Stefano Chioccioli works closely with Bob and Gudrun.
Livernano is a Top Winery. It has been awarded many prizes over the years such as “Tre Bicchieri” from Gambero Rosso Guide (the most important award for a wine in Italy). The Gold Medal was awarded at Los Angeles County Fair, USA as well as high ratings on Wine Spectator and other wine guides.
